Ms. Alavi graduated with honors from the University of California, Davis, in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Rhetoric & Communication. She earned her Juris Doctor, also with honors, from Golden Gate University School of Law in 2001, along with specialization certificates in Intellectual Property Law and International Law.
